Mancor · Mancor de la Vall, Mallorca Multi-family building with terraced homes.
Between the streets of Mancor de la Vall and under the constant presence of the Serra de Tramuntana, this ensemble of four terraced single-family homes emerges with the intention of integrating into an environment where architecture and landscape coexist naturally.
Its corner position and party-wall condition translate into a composition of fragmented volumes that softens the presence of the development, seeking to become part of the urban fabric without relinquishing a contemporary expression.
The ground floor opens towards the interior through a series of courtyards, connecting the living room, dining area and kitchen with the outdoors. Light and vegetation flow through the homes, creating a continuity between inside and out that expands the perception of the spaces and accompanies everyday life.
The upper floors accommodate the bedrooms, conceived with a contemporary and serene approach. These private spaces maintain a close relationship with the outdoors and, through carefully positioned openings, reveal different perspectives of the Tramuntana landscape.
With a total built area of 790 m², the project comprises four terraced residential units arranged across a ground floor and two upper floors. The volumetric composition responds to the corner condition and the existing urban context, while the arrangement of interior courtyards and openings ensures natural light and ventilation throughout the main living spaces.
