The landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana once again becomes the starting point for this project, where architecture seeks to establish a continuous relationship with the surrounding nature. The proposal stems from the desire to dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, creating spaces that open onto the landscape and allow the surroundings to become part of the everyday experience of the home.
The essence of the place guides the conception of the spaces, designed to foster a direct connection with the natural environment. Light, views and vegetation become integral to the project through a sequence of interior and exterior spaces that enhance continuity and allow the landscape to be experienced from different perspectives.
The choice of materials draws on Mallorcan construction traditions, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Stone, mineral renders and elements characteristic of local architecture are integrated into the proposal, seeking a harmonious relationship with the surroundings. A restrained and natural material palette reinforces the character of the project and its desire to belong to the place.
